Bowls and platters are always in demand because of their natural feel and look and  it appears that the ones which are most liked are the Cypress bowls with a natural bark edge and " organic shape " or the ones shaped similar to the previous one but with a black or dark brown edge and  no bark.

New Zealand native wood is also in demand and the Rimu wood in particular for it's beautiful grain.
